What is Junior Lifesaving Club.
The best way to learn how to save lives and get a great workout all in one day.
It’s an interactive sport, filled with real life skills. You will learn how to swim under obstacles, throw a rope with speed and accuracy, and carry a manikin all to simulate possible real world rescues. Not only is it great for prospective lifeguards but a super fun community.

Braden Berreth
Head Coach
13 time gold medalist and once record holder in the sport turned coach. Now is building a team focused on longevity and balanced athletic performance for all athletes. Pursuing a career in kinesiology he uses his knowledge to create great workouts for not only JLC athletes but for cross-training of other sports as well.
Brinn Cutler
Junior Coach
She has been a competitor in Lifesaving Sport since 2017 and has recently qualified to compete at the national level. Brinn’s coaching experience comes from her many years of competing as well as, her work volunteering with the Claresholm Krakens summer swim team as a coach assistant.
